Adrian Ceja

Adrian Ceja is a certified personal trainer, nutrition & lifestyle coach, founder & owner of Tribe Fitness in Anaheim Hills, and creator of the “Ceja Method” coaching system.

Through his one-on-one and online coaching programs, Adrian has transformed countless lives. He has coached hundreds of people to learn how to live a healthier lifestyle and incorporate exercise into their daily lives in his 10 years fitness industry experience.

He’s intentional in his coaching with his unique coaching system, and always strives to help people break through barriers and self limiting beliefs.In 2013, Adrian graduated from Orange Coast College in Costa Mesa, California, where he majored in exercise science with an emphasis on entrepreneurship.

Shortly after, Adrian obtained his certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the International Sports Sciences Association.Following a decade of transforming people’s lives, Adrian decided to focus on a more specific type of client. Being aware of the health problems that many professionals face, Adrian recently geared towards helping busy professionals. Adrian has succeeded in transforming countless people through his one-of-a-kind fitness programs. He applies existing studies and his own scientific research in his training programs.

Today, in addition to coaching his clients, Adrian is focused on establishing TRIBE Fitness to be a top health and fitness club that offers high-touch & high-value memberships. He is also focused on helping new personal trainers thrive in their personal training practices.

Adrian is also co-creator and director of Operation Healthy Lives. A ministry program that helps people live healthier lives by incorporating physical, mental, and spiritual disciplines.

JORDAN Yeh

Jordan is a fitness and nutrition coach that is passionate about helping people live happier, healthier, more fulfilling lives. After coaching hundreds of people working at a big box commercial gym, he saw the lack of results most people achieve from the average personal training program. 

He strives to bridge the gap between generic fitness programs that don’t work and real deal results like losing body fat, increasing muscle mass, and skyrocketing energy levels. 

A background in science as a former premedical student, and personal love of natural bodybuilding are the foundation for the system he uses to help his clients achieve lasting results. He is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and is a recent graduate from Cal State Fullerton.

JONATHAN AN

JONATHAN AN

Jonathan is a fitness coach that loves tailoring the weight room to performance. He grew up in Chino Hills, CA, where he was very active and played sports like basketball and golf. Later on, he discovered dancing and pursued it passionately. He eventually became a professional dancer and worked with several gigs for performing artists like BTS (a well known KPop group). 

With this passion, he wanted to improve his physical abilities and dance with more strength and ease, which is why he got into fitness. This led him to pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a concentration of Exercise Science.  He now specializes in athletic development or general health and wellness where he aims to help clients achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall physical abilities whether they are an athlete or not.

 

 He uses an “enhanced reflection” approach, which is done by analyzing an individual’s way of living and creating healthier alternatives within their own life. This method aids individuals in transforming their lifestyle and mindset to ensure a long fulfilling lifestyle change, rather than following a strict diet/workout regimen.  

Michael found his passion for fitness through getting involved with sports in high school and how it motivated him to reach his potential.

Christina is a dedicated mother of two who found her passion in the fitness industry. Throughout these last couple of years she has been able to combine her knowledge and experience to help others achieve their fitness goals.

Christina’s mission is to cut through the noise in the health and fitness industry and to empower everyone to create sustainable solutions for lasting health, happiness, and confidence.  When Christina is not training clients, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and staying active with her own fitness routine.

She firmly believes that leading by example is the best way to inspire others to live a healthy and active lifestyle.

Edgar Romero also known as “Edgar the trainer,” is a certified personal trainer and a fat loss specialist. 

In his 5 years of fitness trainer experience he helps his clients achieve a healthy lifestyle through fitness and nutrition his specialty is in the basics of boxing skills as a form of cardio combined with resistance training.

 Edgar is knowledgeable, friendly, and energetic. He will motivate and hold you accountable to reach your goals. NASM certified and graduate of Body Design University.

Michael Carrasco, a passionate fitness and nutrition coach, is certified with the International Sports Sciences Association, as well as the Inbody Academy. His focus is helping people reach their own fitness/lifestyle goals; he is also passionate about working with people who desire change, along with accountability guidance.
